Monster Mash Quilt Along: Finishing Instructions
We’re in the final stretch for the Monster Mash Quilt Along! I’m releasing the finishing instructions a little early just to give people as much time as possible before Halloween (if that’s your goal). It’s also ok to take your time and enjoy working on it through the holiday! Here’s what you need to know to bring all those spooky cute Halloween sampler blocks together…
The Finishing Instructions
For the Monster Mash quilt, I’m setting the blocks in an arrangement identical to my “Ghost Town” quilt. Of course, I went for a much lighter color scheme in Monster Mash, but you could definitely take some liberties there. Part of the fun is making it your own – so don’t be afraid to go with your gut and make some changes. Here’s where to grab the PDF for the finishing instructions:
Monster Mash Block Archive
For anyone new – here’s a little archive to the Monster Mash block downloads – just click on the image to be led to the blog page containing download options, tips & tricks, etc. You will need to make 9 blocks total for the sampler – I made (3) extra Haunted House blocks for mine, but you can make your own special mix. There’s even another 16″ block from the Hey Boo collection you could add in if you like – the candy corn pinwheel block from “Tricks & Treats.”
