Sewcialites Quilt Along: Free Block of the Week (Block 13)
Here’s the next block of the Sewcialites Quilt Along by Fat Quarter Shop. I’m posting one block every day (besides the Friday new release) to catch up. Block 13 is “Joy” by Susan Ache.
Sewcialites Quilt Along Block 13
Fabric + Layout
Susan’s block is swoon worthy. I love the strong green with the pop of the red floral. (Fabric is my Christmas Morning fabric collection for Moda Fabrics. For my chosen layout, I need 40 sampler blocks for it in the 6″ finished size. The blocks are divide into 4 color groups: 10 red blocks + 12 green blocks + 16 grey blocks + 2 low volume blocks.
