Matching Solids of Lovestruck Fabric
Ooh la la. Today I’m taking a little break from the new quilts to talk about Lovestruck fabric and its coordinating solids. Time to get matchy matchy!
As always, I like to build a few near-solids into each collection. (In this collection, look for the “Delicate Dot” print.) These are intended to be the best matches – perfect for backgrounds and accent prints in all your projects. That being said, here is a list of the closest Moda Bella Solid matches I could find (plus a couple BasicGrey “Grunge” options I like). Keep in mind the Bellas/Grunges are not exact color matches – but a great overall complement to the group.

I struggle when deciding what prints and solids to put together, and am always glad that there are “collections” of coordinated prints and solids from which I can choose. Not every collection contains all of what might be needed. I’m looking forward to creating something out of the Lovestruck collection when it comes out in November!
