Christmas Among the Stars Again: A Block of the Month by Fat Quarter Shop
Fat Quarter Shop invites you to take a journey with some old familiar friends in their upcoming book: Among the Stars Again. You’re sure to feel a little starry-eyed as you stitch up a batch of these beautiful star sampler blocks–a combination of fan favorites from the original book + a few new blocks added in.
The Among the Stars Again book releases early May through Fat Quarter Shop and features my upcoming Christmas Morning fabric collection. The book is currently available for preorder and is due to ship early May. I’m crushing on the fancy red border.
In addition to the book, Fat Quarter Shop is offering reservations for a block-of-the-month kit. Won’t it be fun to sew along?
In addition to the Christmas version, Fat Quarter Shop is also offering a beautiful “Harvest” autumn kit version using the Pumpkins & Blossoms collection by Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics. Both versions are beautiful–I’m not sure how anyone might choose! Perhaps it would be wisest to make both 😉

August 31, 2024 at 9:25 amGood morning.
Ref this quilt, on the pattern it states 5 7/8 yds of back ground fabric, and less than that if purchasing the fabric all at once. This is what I am doing, so how much background fabric should I order? Thank you for your time.
