Baby Quilts Boy Quilts Fat Quarter quilts

Takeoff

Aviator airplane quilt pattern by Vanessa Goertzen of Lella Boutique. Great boy quilt in these scrappy fabrics

It’s taken me a minute to post–I’m recovering from a tonsillectomy–but there’s a new $5 Pattern of the Month in the shop. It’s Aviator–my most popular quilt of all time. This is a fat quarter quilt–with each fat quarter yielding both (1) background and (1) airplane. Choose a mix of dark and light prints and mix ’em all around to get this scrappy delight!

Take care! Having a tonsillectomy as an adult is no joke… I remember! Rest all you can and take your time getting back to work. Your fabrics and patterns are beautiful and inspiring. Thank you!

Hope you feel better soon! I purchased this pattern on the FQS but have not made my Texas A&M Aerospace engineer daughter (Bachelors 2016, Masters to be Dec 2019, and she continues in the PhD program in aerospace) I will probably have this quilt for her in Aggie colors (she rec'd a quilt for each graduation. I can't wait to make it.
