Fir Tree Lane Quilt
Let’s get lost in a fanciful forest of whimsical evergreens. In this patchwork thicket, the trees are fashioned from your most beloved prints. Make a mix as scrappy as you like using fat quarters or fat eighths – then stack the blocks for a geometric effect. We think you’ll agree “trimming the tree” has never been more delightful!
Pattern Tidbits
“Fir Tree Lane” is a simple, geometric Christmas tree quilt design and i beginner-friendly. This was the quickest quilt of the new batch to piece, which is always a plus! It utilizes a beginner easy corner triangle technique.
Fabric used is Berry & Pine fabric collection (May 2025). Depending on how scrappy you want it, it can be made with 23 fat quarters or 45 fat eighths. I’ve mocked it up in a couple background options. Which one is your favorite?
